IT Support for Not for Profits

Yes. We use the right Microsoft licensing, including not for profit pricing where your organisation is eligible, to unlock enterprise grade security without enterprise costs.

If you are not registered for those programs yet, we will help you apply. Microsoft and most of the other vendors we work with run their own not for profit schemes, each with its own eligibility checks and paperwork. We take you through that process so your organisation ends up on the correct rates rather than quietly paying commercial pricing by default.

Our identity and access management makes sure a volunteer who leaves loses access immediately, not months later, closing a common security gap for not for profits.

We provide fully managed backups with unlimited retention, so donor and member data is never truly lost even if it’s deleted or corrupted. All backup data is stored in Sydney, Australia, with our backup provider SOC 2 compliant, giving you real confidence your data is protected to a high standard.

We work with not for profits specifically because we understand budget constraints. We’ll tailor a plan that fits what you can realistically spend, without cutting corners on the essentials.

You get real time access to everything through our client portal. That includes all open and closed support tickets, patching status, invoices and billing history, every device and its compliance status, and a live project tracker for any in flight projects we’re running for you. Most IT providers give little to no visibility, or send a basic report after the fact. We believe in open transparency, so you always know exactly where things stand without having to ask.

It’s a lot easier than you think. We do all the legwork in the transition, liaising with your current provider, gathering documentation, and setting up your environment before anything changes for your team. What’s required on your end is simple: your staff start contacting our help desk instead of your old provider’s, and you pay us instead of them. That’s it. Our team handles everything else and makes the process seamless.
